Oregon address format and sales-tax note
Oregon uses OR. A typical layout is street address, optional apartment or suite line, then city, OR, and ZIP code. Oregon generally has no statewide general sales tax, but transaction-specific treatment must follow official rules and merchant requirements.
Postal codes
Oregon ZIP codes are five digits (Portland samples fall around 972xx; the page ZIP example is 97205) and may use ZIP+4 for mail sorting. A no-statewide-sales-tax claim must never be used to bypass billing, platform, location, or tax checks.
