Oregon address format and sales-tax note
Oregon uses OR. A typical layout is street address, optional apartment or suite line, then city, OR, and ZIP code. Oregon generally has no statewide general sales tax, but transaction-specific treatment must follow official rules and merchant requirements.
Postal codes
Oregon ZIP codes are five digits and may use ZIP+4 for mail sorting. A no-sales-tax claim must never be used to bypass billing, platform, location, or tax checks.
How to use test data
In development you can use these samples to check field length, line breaks, international characters, and responsive layouts. For payment, identity, logistics, or compliance flows, use official sandbox data from your provider—do not submit these samples to live systems.
